On Monday 20th April, the boys and girls from Year 3 and 4 got their first taste of representing the Willow Brook school football teams. The girls were up first and produced a superb performance in an exciting 7-3 win, with the goals shared between Emilia and Emily. The boys followed this and despite going 1-0 down, picked themselves up, turned the game round to win 2-1 in the final minute! Goals from Alex and Noah.
Mr Boyd and I had such a lovely time, it was so good to see such positive performances from all involved, we are very proud and look forward to the future of football at Willow Brook.
