The Governing Board is the committee with overall responsibility for the work of the governing body. Delegated responsibilities are agreed each year, using an LA document called the ‘Decision Planner’.
The Finance, Personnel and General Purposes Committee (FPGP) has delegated authority for matters relating to school finances, any personnel and staffing matters, and responsibilities with respect to the assets of the school, including maintenance, health and safety.
The Strategic Development and Pupils Committee (SDPC) takes ownnership of matters relating to the strategic development of the school, the curriculum and the pupils.
