We had lots of fun is Class 3 yesterday baking biscuits for the staffroom. The day began with some product research where we tasted a variety on supermarket biscuits, followed by a biscuit questionnaire for the staff. After we had gathered all of this information, we designed our products thinking about appearance as well as flavour. Then, in the afternoon the baking began! By the end of the day all five groups had made and decorated their biscuits ready for the staffroom. This morning, the staff thoroughly enjoyed tasted the finished products and giving some feedback. After receiving the feedback we may see some familiar faces on the Great British Bake Off in a few years!
