You spoke; we listened! As minuted in our last School Council assembly, many of you said you would like the opportunity to stay inside during lunchtime to read your books in a peaceful, warm space. By the end of that week, minutes had been circulated, staff had been informed, a discussion was had and a club was formed!
Willow Brook Library Club takes place twice a week with Mrs Ballard and Miss Hackett in the Snug. The children are given the opportunity to lose themselves in a good book and browse new books in luxurious peace and quiet and then each session concludes with a shared, ongoing novel read by Mrs Ballard and Miss Hackett.
