The girls football team did fantastically well at their most recent Rushcliffe schools Saturday tournament. Five group stage matches and only one defeat! The girls finished 2nd in their group, just behind Greythorn who went on to become the overall winners of the tournament. The girls are on a magnificent run at the moment and we are all so proud of them.
On this Wednesday just gone, children from years 3 & 4 (plus a late addition from Odhran in year 1!) took part in a cricket festival at Plumtree Cricket Club. For most of the children it was their first experiences gracing a cricket outfield and they took to it like ducks to water! Lots of great skills shown in the different stationed activities set out for the children. We even got to play a match vs Keyworth primary at the end!
