Never before have I seen children so excited to go food shopping! With the help of several parent volunteers, money and that all important shopping list, Class R walked down to the local Co-Op store to purchase all of the ingredients that we needed to bake delicious biscuit bears. Once back at school the baking fun began. We weighed out all of our ingredients and mixed it together, following the recipe, before popping them in the oven to bake. The children had a great time decorating them too and were very proud of their work… although I imagine they didn’t last very long once they took them home!
