Young Voices is always a fabulous experience and 2026 did not disappoint! On Monday we took 51 talented Willow Brookers people to the Birmingham Arena to sing alongside 5800 other children. After an afternoon of rehearsals, an audience of 8,000 we treated to an evening of all sorts of songs – from Sea Shanties, 70’s disco numbers, 90’s raves, a Wicked medley to song commissioned just for the occasion. Add Urban Strides and a bit of Street Dance and some guest stars and you are set for a brilliant evening that’s worthy of an arena tour!
The Willow Brook Choir has worked so hard for the past 5 months learning all the songs – we’ve had lots of fun along the way. Thank you to each and every person for adding their voice and spirit! And thank you to the members of staff who gave up their time and energy to make the whole experience magical… the photos speak for themselves!
