It’s been an action packed first two weeks back in football and I am pleased to say we have achieved multiple tremendous results (both boys and girls). Wins against Jesse Gray, Carnarvon and Radcliffe have been special, but a personal favourite (although not for my heart rate!) was our girls cup semi-final against Gotham last Friday where they held their nerves in a penalty shootout to come out victorious! The girls then had a final to look forward. That match took place on 8th May at St Peter’s School, Ruddington. Whilst we were unlucky to come home as runners up, the girls were brilliant and were rightfully proud of their achievement!
League games, cup games, Saturday tournaments, friendlies, training and year 4 debutantes. You name it, we’ve done it!
