This half term, the whole school is moving into Future Street! History often takes us back in time, but who knows what will happen as we arrive bemused and wide-eyed in the world of 2050. Keyworth might feel a little different as we experiment with alternative sources of energy; investigate the potential of drones, AI and augmented reality; build and programme robots and see how architects are already working hand in hand with the science.

Stepping even further forward, the Parish Council will be asking the pupils at Willow Brook to pitch a design for a revolutionary undersea complex. Will our learning, experience and inspiration make us the futuristic architects and scientists that they are looking for?…
