A couple of positive results for both girls and boys have got our season up and running! The boys recently played at home against Sutton Bonnington and won an exciting end to end game that finished 5-3. The girls enjoyed a trip to Costock today and there was late drama as we scored a late goal to draw the game 2-2. I have found the football training clubs over the last couple of months an absolute pleasure (so have the support staff I have), and it pleases me that we’ve had a couple of positive results to reflect the hard work the children have put in. The football season will quieten down now as the darker nights draw in, but 2026 will offer more opportunities for training and games which we look forward to.
