Year 5 Sandwalk

As you know, our topic this term has been all about Darwin. Inspired by the man himself, last week, we took class five out for a walk amongst the fields and wooded paths around Keyworth in our very own ‘Sandwalk’. The children took the time to simply think, ponder and explore nature. Upon our return to school, it was a wonderful opportunity to stop, reflect and then be creative in our response to all we had seen.

Mr. Boyd and I would also like to place our thanks on record to the parent helpers who gave their time so generously and freely.
