Over the last couple of days, Class R have had a wonderful time preparing for their party to celebrate Goldilocks’ 5th birthday. The fun started on Tuesday morning when we walked down to the local Co-Op store in search of party supplies. The children were so well behaved and a member of the public even spoke to Mrs Hollingshead about how good the children were when buying their items in the shop, which is always lovely to hear. Thank you to all of the parents who accompanied the children to the shop – your help is always very much appreciated.
Following our trip to the shop, party preparations were in ‘full swing’ on Wednesday morning. The children helped to make jam sandwiches, pass the parcel, bunting and their own party hats, ready for an afternoon of celebration. I’m sure the children have told you all about their exciting day.
