It was a pleasure to welcome you all to our Friday morning MacMillan Coffee Morning last week. As you can see from the photos, there’s nothing better than a slice of cake and a brew to get the day underway! Your brilliant bake off entries were nothing short of spectacular and I had no option but to buy more medals over the weekend to reward an unprecedented number of outstanding showstoppers!
I am so thrilled to say that the event raised an incredible £1,000, which goes to MacMillan with our gratitude.
Thank you for making this a marvellous morning… for the Friends group who kindly sliced and served… for the staff who rose to the medal challenge and for all of you who arrived laden with cakes, donations and Friday joy. How could we be more Hobnob?!
