Our Year 6 gardeners have put in many hours in the fruit and vegetable patch this season and they are certainly reaping the rewards of their labours. Mrs Graham has worked hard as head gardener to lead her team and harvest the crop! There were strawberries and peas, mange tout, broad beans, onions and herbs… all of which are being transformed next week into jams and pickles. There are still potatoes, corn, artichokes and raspberries yet to come. A bumper crop, indeed!
